Balwinder started as a mason in 1998 and spent thirteen years watching interior jobs fall apart in the gap between the designer's drawing and the contractor's site. The drawing said one thing, the site did another, and the client stood in between paying for both.

So Shakti does both. Our designer sits with the same team that will build it, which is why our quotes hold and our dates hold. Forty-one people on payroll, no sub-contracting, and most of our work comes from clients sending their friends.
